Programa de Trabalho e Estudo no exterior. Work and Study Program.

A escola ILAC oferece cursos que trabalho e estudo. Estes cursos no geral  funcionam da seguinte forma, o estudante contrata uma quantidade de semanas de curso e depois tem a possibilidade de trabalhar ou de fazer tabalho voluntario ou estagio pela mesma quantidade de semanas que fez de curso. A quantidade mínima que pode ser contratada é de 12 semanas de curso + 12 de Estagio que pode ser remunerado ou não.

Segundo a Idade do estudante pode contratar um tipo de curso.

O Nivel recomendado para comecar o trabalho: High Intermediate

O estundate deve contratar o curso normalmente com acomodação e pagar uma taxa do programa.

Requirements:
• Students must study English at ILAC prior to start
the Internship component
• Students must work maximum the same number of
weeks of their English program at ILAC (50%
English at ILAC + 50% Internship)
• Students must find their own job
• Students must report to ILAC’s Internships Department
every Friday
Recommended Level:
• ILAC English level 6 (Intermediate)

bullet This UNPAID internship program gives students the opportunity to undertake 50% of their course in English language studies in Vancouver or Toronto and the remaining 50% in almost any professional workplace environment (excluding medicine).

bullet All internships are based on reaching the required English level and having previous education and experience, the right attitude and flexibility: the longer the internship, the greater the options.

Requirements

bullet Your English program must be a minimum of 50% of the entire program. If you would like to work for 24 weeks, you will be required to study for 24 weeks for a total program of 48 weeks.

bullet You will be required to study English classes at least 4-8 weeks before your work placement. If your English level is low, you may be required to study more than 8 weeks before your work placement.

bullet There is a minimum level of English required for your work placement, so it is important that we test you before the start of your program to ensure the English fluency requirement is met. Please note that we may also conduct a telephone interview before you arrive.

Internship placements have fixed start dates and fixed durations. English course have flexible start dates.

      • Your choice of internship placement (job description, location, duration, and start date).
      • The start date and duration (approximately) of your English studies.
      • Your level of English (approximately) if possible.
      • Attach a Resumè in English.
      • Your name and contact information.

 

    1. Our Intership Director will write you back to:
      • Ask you for more information if necessary.
      • Ask you to write our English test.
      • You may also be asked about your job experience and/or to conduct a telephone interview.

 

  1. Our Internship Director will send you a customized study plan including: your study period and internship period to suit your goals.

Programa de Estágio Co-op (Toronto, Vancouver ou Rocky Mountains)
50% estudando ingles ESL + 50% programa de estágio.
Requerido nível ILAC Avançado 1 (nível 12) ou equivalente.
Mínimo de 16 semanas de estágio (+ 12 semanas de estudos)
Estágios remunerados oferecidos em Resorts, Museus, Lojas, Restaurantes entre outros.
